Our approach

An example of how we work in a turnkey project can be as follows.

Initial discussions

First contacts are established. We present our company and the products. The customer specifies their technical requirements and a preliminary timetable is set. If available, the customer hands over drawings of their production unit so that we can implement our equipment into the customer production line.

Engineering and design

After initial discussions our engineers come up with one or more technical proposal of how the equipment can be installed. Together with the customer the best solution is decided and final drawings for approval are presented.

Manufacturing

During the manufacturing face, project meetings regarding the manufacturing and forthcoming installation is held. The customer is free to make inspections and participate in factory tests before delivery.

Installation and start-up

The customer can install the equipment themselves or completely hand over this to us but the actual hot test runs is something that we always tries to superintend. This is to ensure that nothing is forgotten and that the plc software, limit switches, pressure settings etc. is correct. It is also possible to have training courses for the production and maintenance personal.

Technical support and spare parts

The detailed documentation delivered which is unique for each installation ensures that any repairs and maintenance can be smoothly done and kept to a minimum. We also have the possibility to send experienced field technicians with short notice if necessary. Spare parts can be ordered directly from us and they are shipped without delay.
